year end notice
To receive your physical products before the end of 2025, please place your order by 5 December 2025.
Orders placed after this date will still be welcomed but will only be processed and shipped from 12 January 2026.
Floral Orders:
All floral preservation orders placed and preserved between 21 October 2025 - 12 January 2025 will only be delivered in the new year.
Digital Designs & Websites:
Our digital shop will remain open throughout the festive season. However, please note that our design service will be closed from 19 December 2025 to 12 January 2026.
Any guideline sheets submitted between 15 December 2025 - 12 January 2026 will only be attended to from 12 January 2026.
Black Friday Orders:
Please note that additional lead time will be applied to all Black Friday orders placed during November, due to high order volumes.
